This is an excellent patent attorney associate (partner-track) or patent agent opportunity within a well-respected and growing practice. Your work will primarily relate to the preparation and prosecution of patents, patent opinions, due diligence, and the potential opportunity for PTAB and litigation support work as well. Here, your client assignment and responsibility will be commensurate with your abilities. This firm has local, remote, and hybrid practitioners in various locations, thus you can be fully remote.
Within this practice there is an abundance of high-quality work, yet you will not be expected to do ridiculous hours. More specifically, you have input regarding your target billable hours. This group is more interested in keeping quality talent and providing high-quality work to clients. This firm has long-standing clients within a variety of industries and has a continuously increasing flow of work relating to a range of technologies (e.g., medical device, automated manufacturing and machine design, control systems, robotics, automotive, physics, consumer and industrial electro‑mechanical, autonomous vehicles, etc.).
Patent Attorney Qualifications- Minimum BS engineering or physics
- Must have at least 2 years of full‑time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
- Demonstrated for producing well written patents
- Solid communication interpersonal skills for client interaction
- State bar and USPTO bar
