Senior Insurance Coverage Associate; remote

A well‑established civil litigation defense firm is seeking a senior‑level attorney with strong experience in insurance coverage and bad faith matters. The ideal candidate will have a solid background managing complex litigation independently and providing strategic guidance to clients.

• 5+ years of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience
• Strong working knowledge of the California Code of Civil Procedure and applicable state and federal rules
• Proficiency with Westlaw and strong legal research skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with professionalism in interactions with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal team members
