Law​/Legal Associate, Legal Counsel

This is a full-time hybrid Associate position located in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering a balance of in-office and remote work flexibility. The Associate will focus on legal research, drafting of legal documents, case analysis, client consultation, and supporting litigation. Additional responsibilities include participating in case strategy development, attending hearings and trials, and collaborating with the team to support client needs effectively.

• Strong skills in Legal Research, Writing, and Document Drafting
• Experience in Case Analysis, Litigation, and Strategic Planning
• Effective Communication skills for working with clients and team collaboration
• Attention to Detail and excellent Organizational skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active membership in the California State Bar
• 2+ years of legal experience in litigation or a related field
• Passion for delivering favorable outcomes for clients and a commitment to professional excellence
• Proficiency in legal software and document management systems
