Intellectual Property Litigation Attorney (All offices or remote)

McDonald Hopkins is seeking a highly skilled litigation attorney with 6+ years of experience to join our Intellectual Property team. This attorney will work closely with senior litigators on sophisticated cases and serve as a key contributor to the day-to-day strategy and execution of matters.

We are flexible on title, location (Cleveland preferred, but open), and work arrangement, including full-time or reduced-hours for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6+ years of strong, hands-on litigation experience.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cases day-to-day, including strategy development, drafting, discovery oversight, motion practice, and client communication.
• Ability to operate independently while collaborating closely with a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
