What You’ll Do:- Handle a full range of family law matters — divorce, custody, support, DV, and property division.
- Represent clients through all phases of litigation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
- Appear in court as needed — no daily commute to the office required.
- Communicate with empathy and clarity throughout every step of the case.
- JD + Active CA Bar license
- 2+ years of family law experience
- Good to be a Certified Family Law Specialist (CFLS)
- Strong knowledge of CA family law & procedures
- Excellent communication and case management skills
- Must reside in California
The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $300,000 base annually
. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
