• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on complex litigation matters
• Support all phases of litigation, including pre-suit reviews, pleadings, and discovery
• Coordinate extensive discovery processes, including preservation and production
• Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in legal research and writing to support litigation strategies

• Associate’s degree and Paralegal certificate
• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal work experience in a law firm or in-house organization
• Experience supporting complex litigation through all phases
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Professional, and legal research tools
• Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with antitrust litigation matters
• Familiarity with Medicare or Medicaid insurance
• Background in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with Power
