NoteThis role requires active admission to the Colorado Bar and 4+ years of litigation experience in insurance defense, personal injury, premises liability, insurance coverage, or related civil litigation.

Job Description- Defend civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Handle cases involving insurance bad faith, personal injury, premises liability, and property damage
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery with a high level of precision and strategy
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy
- Take and defend depositions and assist with trial preparation
- Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
- Active Colorado Bar license in good standing
- 4+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Deposition experience and litigation motion practice preferred
- Professional communication skills and sound judgment
