Senior Paralegal

• Support in-house and external counsel in gathering case facts, coordinating with business stakeholders, and interviewing relevant parties
• Assist with the discovery process including document collection, drafting responses, and utilizing eDiscovery tools
• Research, draft, and review various legal documents such as subpoenas and settlement agreements
• Maintain and oversee document retention notices and assess document relevance across business units
• Project manage legal projects and assist with the development of efficient operational processes

• BS or BA degree or paralegal certification with a minimum of 5+ years of paralegal experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of e-discovery tools and workflows for data management
• Proficiency in software including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and others

• Previous experience working in a technology company environment
• Demonstrated legal analysis and research skills
