Our firm handles a wide range of plaintiff-side employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and whistle blower claims. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Plaintiff Employment Law Attorney with 3 to 15 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position for attorneys licensed and residing in California. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload from intake through resolution, including litigation, negotiation, and, where necessary, trial.

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 3 to 15 years of plaintiff-side employment law experience as a practicing attorney
• Class action PAGA experience
• Experience taking and defending depositions
  
  Experience preparing motions for summary judgement
• Strong understanding of California employment laws (FEHA, CFRA, PAGA, Labor Code, etc.)
• Excellent legal writing, communication, and organizational skills
