Workers Compensation Legal Assistant

MGC, a highly-respected, technology-driven firm with 18 offices across the US and growing, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal in our Raleigh, NC office. Candidates should be professional, motivated, organized and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. This position offers flexibility regarding a hybrid/remote work arrangement after successful completion of our training period. Candidates must also have 3-5 years of related work experience and typing/transcription skills.

• Required: High School diploma or better.
• Preferred: Associate’s degree or better in Paralegal Studies.
• Preferred: 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably prior law firm experience.
• Preferred: Professional Legal Secretary certification.
