Sr. Legal Director; Remote

In this role, you will take on significant responsibilities as counsel for various business teams, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws, and managing negotiations and contracts. This position is crucial in driving successful legal outcomes while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Your expertise will support the company’s mission to provide innovative payment solutions while fostering a culture of performance and accountability in a fully remote environment.

• Draft and negotiate a high volume of contracts, including vendor and partnership agreements
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams to provide legal counsel on new projects
• Assist with special projects to support the legal department
• Work with external legal advisors as necessary

• Minimum 6 years of legal experience
• JD degree required
• Experience in the fintech payments industry
• Strong skills in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Admission to at least one US state bar
• Basic understanding of privacy laws and regulations
