A law firm in Tampa seeks a highly experienced Real Estate / Joint Venture Tax Attorney to join their Corporate and Tax Group. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong educational background, including an LL.M. in Taxation or CPA designation. Candidates will engage in advising on substantial real estate transactions and partnership taxation with opportunities for partnership.

Remote arrangements are available, and compensation ranges from $175K to $500K+, depending on experience.
