We are seeking an experienced Appellate Attorney to handle family law and related appeals. The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and writing skills and experience drafting appellate briefs and motions and doing Records on Appeal.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the North Carolina bar in good standing, or the ability to apply for comity with NC Bar.
- Demonstrated experience with appellate briefing and legal research
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-level appellate matters.
Some remote work is possible.
