Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced employment litigation associate to join their New York office. This is a strong career opportunity with an excellent platform offering exposure to sophisticated employment matters and a diverse client base representing employers in workplace disputes.

Interested candidates should have 3+ years of experience in employment litigation with strong knowledge of defense-side harassment, discrimination, and retaliation cases, as well as employment advice and counsel work. The incoming attorney will play a key role in handling employment litigation matters and providing proactive guidance on employment policies, agreements, and compliance issues.

Core responsibilities include defending employment litigation claims, drafting and reviewing offer letters and separation agreements, preparing employee handbooks for multiple jurisdictions, advising on restrictive covenants and employment agreements, and coordinating with clients on workplace matters and investigations.

This is a full‑time role with excellent compensation (160k‑210k depending on experience), comprehensive benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), HSA/FSA options, parental leave, PTO, and remote work flexibility in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
