Associate Attorney

Our client provides the services of accomplished attorneys who have extensive experience in the areas of civil litigation, including matters involving construction law, personal injury, insurance defense, as well as business and corporate law. Our lawyers represent clients in business transactions. Mediations, arbitrations, and litigation. Members of the team are licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and in the United States District Courts for those states.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in either construction law, personal injury, insurance law, or civil litigation, with the ability to handle a variety of legal matters independently while contributing effectively to our collaborative team environments.

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admission in good standing to the Arizona Bar Association
• Civil litigation experience, specifically in construction law and/or personal injury
• Knowledge of or familiarity with construction defect, general liability, or personal injury defense work
• Excellent analytical, communication, and writing skills
• Demonstrated commitment to professionalism. integrity, and delivering high-quality legal services.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines
• Demonstrated success in conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions and discovery documents
