Litigation Attorney

Providence Staffing’s client is seeking a Rhode Island–licensed Personal Injury Litigation Attorney dedicated to representing injury victims in their fight against large insurance companies in Providence, RI. This position focuses on hands-on litigation

• Independently handle personal injury litigation matters from case intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, mediations, and trials

• Develop and execute effective litigation and trial strategies to secure favorable outcomes.
• Conduct and defend depositions
  , draft pleadings, motions, and settlement demands.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality case preparation.
• Contribute to firm growth while gaining significant trial and courtroom experience

• Competitive Compensation

• Active Rhode Island law license (required).
• Demonstrated litigation experience
