Their experienced attorneys have represented clients at the New Jersey Superior and Supreme Courts, U.S. District Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney at Law, requiring work primarily in the Florham Park, NJ office with opportunities for remote work. The attorney will handle legal research, provide sophisticated legal advice, negotiate agreements, and represent clients in matters aligned with the firm's practice areas. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include preparing legal documents, managing litigation, and offering strategic counsel on complex cases.

• Knowledge and experience in Law, particularly in real estate law, land use, redevelopment, and zoning
• Proficiency in Labor and Employment Law, including advising on compliance and workforce matters
• Strong Legal Advice and Research skills for case preparation and client counsel
• Negotiation expertise to handle critical deals, settlements, and transactions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (and additional New York Bar admission is a plus)
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
