The PI Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and optimizing daily operations within a fast-paced personal injury and medical funding environment. This position partners closely with legal, medical, and internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently, compliantly, and with a high level of accuracy. This is an operations-first role for a hands‑on professional with deep familiarity in medical liens and attorney‑facing workflows.

The ideal candidate is execution‑driven, detail‑oriented, and comfortable taking ownership of complex processes within a regulated legal environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational workflows supporting personal injury cases involving medical liens and funding arrangements
• Serve as a point of coordination between internal teams, medical providers, and law firms to ensure timely and accurate case progression
• Review, draft, and manage legal and funding‑related documentation, including contracts, agreements, and supporting case materials
• Monitor workflow efficiency, identify breakdowns, and implement process improvements to reduce risk and increase consistency
• Maintain operational visibility across active matters and proactively address issues before they escalate
• Support leadership with operational reporting, issue‑spotting, and execution of departmental initiatives

• At least two years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a Personal Injury law firm, supporting PI attorneys and medical providers, and coordinating closely between legal and medical teams.
• Candidates must reside in a West Coast state within the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
• Managed at least 5 staff.
• Strong working knowledge of attorney communication standards and legal documentation expectations
• Proven ability to manage contracts and complex legal documentation
• Seasoned professional with management experience, Fixing breakdowns in
• process/SOPs, start up.
• High attention to detail with strong judgment and follow‑through
• Advanced organizational, analytical, time‑management and communication skills

• Salary $70,000 to $100,000 annually (depending on experience & state residency as we have positions available across the county).
