This is a full-time hybrid role for an Attorney At Law, based in Denver, CO, with opportunities for remote work. The attorney will manage legal matters in the realm of Community Association Law, including providing legal advice, representing clients, and handling cases related to labor and employment law, covenants, collection, and other legal disputes. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting legal documents, participating in negotiations, and advising clients while working collaboratively with the firm's team and clients' management teams.

• Proficiency in Law and expertise in Labor and Employment Law
• Strong skills in providing sound Legal Advice and guidance to clients
• Experience in conducting thorough Legal Research and drafting legal documentation
• Proven ability in Negotiation and resolving legal disputes efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interactions
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Colorado
• Experience in Community Association or HOA law is highly desirable
