Responsibilities- Represent insurance carriers in high-stakes litigation across core practice areas
- Lead cases from beginning to end, including drafting motions, conducting discovery, and taking depositions
- Actively prepare for and engage in trials
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients
- At least 2 years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Background in premises liability, transportation, construction defect, or product liability preferred
- Strong litigation and case handling skills
- Interest in courtroom advocacy and client engagement
- Base Salary:
Up to $190k + performance bonuses - Quarterly bonus for exceeding 1,900 billable hours annually
