Texas Licensed Litigation Attorney; Remote​/Law Firm

We are assisting a thriving boutique law firm—founded by former Big Law litigators—in securing litigation support for a range of commercial litigation matters. This remote role is expected to last 3–6 months and will require approximately 10–20 hours per week. It’s an excellent opportunity to apply your litigation skills in a flexible setting while working on sophisticated, high‑quality matters.

• 4+ years of experience in a broad variety of complex commercial litigation
• Adept with discovery, deposition strategy and preparation, research and drafting motions
• Excellent academic credentials and top‑tier law firm experience
• Licensed to practice law in Texas

Pay:
The annualized pay for this position ranges from $160,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full‑time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference.

Benefits:
In addition to pay, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude‑authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20+ hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance.

A qualified 401(k) plan is also available. Benefits‑eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and professional expense stipend.
