Transcribe Me is a leading provider of transcription services, specializing in legal and medical transcription. We work with all kinds of legal professionals including court reporters, law firms, and law enforcement agencies to provide accurate and efficient transcription of depositions, hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.

Transcribe Me is seeking skilled Legal Transcriptionists to join our team on a contract basis. This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work whenever and wherever you choose. With a virtually unlimited workload, you will have the opportunity to transcribe a variety of legal proceedings using our secure, user-friendly platform. You do not need to have prior transcription experience, but it will be helpful.

We will provide training resources and guides to help you learn the skill.

• Transcribe legal audio recordings, including depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Ensure accuracy in grammar, punctuation, and speaker labeling.
• Follow specific legal transcription guidelines and formatting requirements.
• Complete assigned jobs in a timely manner.

• Native-level fluency in U.S. English (written and spoken).
• Strong listening and typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• A computer with internet access and a quality pair of headphones.
• Basic understanding of legal transcription is preferred but not required.
• A foot pedal is recommended but not required.
