Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Associate position based in Irvine, CA, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes some work-from-home flexibility. The Associate will work in the employment and personal injury groups.
The Associate will handle a variety of legal tasks, such as conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, analyzing complex legal issues, and representing clients in court. Additional responsibilities include managing case files, providing advice to clients, and collaborating with the legal team to develop effective strategies for litigation cases.
Qualifications- Strong legal research and analytical skills to evaluate and resolve complex legal issues
- Exceptional skills in drafting legal documents, correspondence, and memoranda
- Experience in litigation procedures, including court representation and case preparation
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active license to practice law in California
- Experience handling cases in personal injury law or civil litigation is a plus
