Job Description
Immediate opening for a Trucking Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience for a highly respected, multi-state litigation firm. This is a fantastic opportunity that does not require a portable book of business! This position is a remote hybrid schedule where attorneys have the ability to work remotely from home part of the week.
Must be licensed to practice law in Michigan and have 5+ years of Trucking Litigation experience.
Ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, be admitted to the Illinois bar, and a proven track record in:
- General Liability / Personal Injury Defense litigation involving Commercial Vehicle accidents
- Prior experience handling a file from beginning to end
- A self-starter capable of handling a full case load
- Experience handling mediations and taking depositions
- Embracing and developing client relationships
- Ability to frequently and directly communicate with clients
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Accurately report time
