Civil litigation attorneys eager to develop a diverse practice in commercial and business law, construction law, real property, local government law, or labor & employment law. It is a small yet busy general practice operating in the 5th Judicial Circuit, primarily in Citrus, Hernando, and Sumter counties.

• Develop and manage a litigation practice covering the above areas.
• Handle civil litigation matters for sophisticated clients within the 5th Judicial Circuit.
• Travel routinely throughout the circuit and, on occasion, throughout the state.
• Produce written work, including drafting pleadings, research, and case summaries.

• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar (or pending admission for recent graduates).
• New or experienced attorneys may apply.
• Preferred litigation experience in commercial, business, labor & employment, real property, or general civil practice.
• Excellent writing, drafting, research, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
