Remote Legal Paralegal - Tech IP & Compliance

Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Legal Paralegal to support our Technology, Intellectual Property (IP), and Compliance teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring our global operations maintain legal integrity, protect our proprietary technology, and comply with evolving regulations. The ideal candidate will combine strong legal research skills with a practical understanding of corporate compliance in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment.

• Assist legal counsel in managing corporate IP portfolios, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
• Conduct legal research on technology, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, contracts, and internal policies.
• Maintain compliance databases and monitor deadlines for filings, renewals, and regulatory reporting.
• Support internal audits and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, IT, and Operations to address legal and compliance matters.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for senior legal counsel and executive management.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to technology, IP, and corporate compliance.

• Bachelors degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or related field (JD preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law, corporate compliance, and technology contracts

• Excellent legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in legal document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in technology, intellectual property, or corporate compliance

• Experience with IP portfolio management, patent/trademark filings, or regulatory compliance is highly desirable.
• Exposure to multinational corporate environments and cross-border legal matters is a plus.

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours.
• Availability for collaboration across multiple time zones may be required.
• Occasional meetings with legal counsel or global teams may occur outside standard working hours.
