This is a full-time Paralegal/Case Manager role located in Brookfield, WI, with the flexibility for occasional remote work. The role includes managing case files, drafting legal documents, maintaining communication with clients and attorneys, conducting legal research, and ensuring timely case progression. The Paralegal/Case Manager will work closely with attorneys and clients to provide outstanding legal support and ensure an efficient workflow.

, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Familiarity with legal procedures, court systems, and personal injury law is preferred
- Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with case management software - Filevine would be ideal.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Associate degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience as a paralegal or case manager is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both in-office and remote environments
