As our Estates & Trusts Professional, you'll dive deep into the world of Estate Planning and Probate matters as well as Adult Guardian ships, offering solace and solutions to clients navigating their most challenging times. Your expertise will not only guide clients but also shape the future of our Estates & Trusts practice. This is a full- time role for an Experienced Estates & Trusts Attorney at Paré & Associates, LLC.
The role involves handling day-to-day tasks related to Estates &Trusts law, probate proceedings, estate planning, adult guardian ships, and communication with clients. This is a hybrid role, based in either Silver Spring or Germantown, MD, with flexibility for some remote work.
- Analytical skills and finance knowledge
- Estate Planning and Estate/Trust Administration (probate) experience
- Experience with Adult Guardian ships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership
- Experience in probate proceedings and estate administration
- Litigation experience in Estates & Trusts matters
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
