Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. has an opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our growing Worker's Compensation practice group in Charlotte, North Carolina. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and should possess strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills. Three to five years of prior Worker's Compensation experience and current membership with the North Carolina Bar are preferred. The firm also offers hybrid work schedules, with a combination of in-office and remote work.
As a Worker's Compensation Associate, candidates will have an immediate opportunity for significant case handling responsibility and direct interaction with clients. Successful candidates must be motivated, highly organized, and have the ability manage a caseload as the lead attorney, while receiving mentoring, training, and supervision from senior lawyers at the firm.
