We specialize in Family Law matters, with a focus on complex custody and high-conflict disputes. Our experienced attorneys, Gary Frank and Logan Matura, are dedicated advocates and counselors, committed to finding the best resolution for our clients. We handle a wide range of cases related to divorce, custody, child support, domestic violence, and other family-related issues.

This is a hybrid role for a full time Family Law Attorney. The role will involve handling legal tasks related to Family Law matters, such as drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing for hearings and trials, and attending client meetings. This role is based in Phoenix, AZ, with the flexibility for remote work.

• Expertise in Family Law and legal issues related to family matters
• Experience in drafting legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Ability to conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
• Familiarity with the process of depositions and trial preparation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Admission to the State Bar (or pending admission)
• Previous experience in Family Law is preferred
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus
