The Global Employment Counsel provides dayday employment law advice to People & Culture and business leaders, supports internal HR investigations, and oversees employment litigation matters. This role partners closely with Regional Managing Counsel teams and outside counsel to ensure consistent and practical guidance across the U.S., Canada, and international theaters (EMEA, APCJ, LATAM).

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
** Ability to quickly learn and understand employment law frameworks in other countries where F5 operates.
Ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.
Ability to deliver business-oriented legal advice, balancing risk with the need for practical, actionable solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in high pressure or time sensitive environments.

* QUALIFICATIONS:
** At least 5 years practicing employment law, with significant experience advising clients experience preferred but not required.
Ability to operate autonomously with little supervision and demonstrate sound judgment in factually ambiguous situations.
Position may require occasional work outside of normal business hours, including evenings, due to the global nature of the role.
