We understand the dynamic legal and regulatory landscape and provide creative solutions so our clients can stay ahead of the plaintiffs’ bar.

You are a high performer with at least 15 years of experience looking for a non‑partnership track position with the following:

• Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
• Manages cases with a high degree of autonomy
• You have strong case management skills, work ethic, and team‑oriented attitude
• Excellent client service skills
• Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery
• Managing document collection, review, and production
• Causation and/or failure analysis
• Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
• You have excellent written and oral communication skills
• You are an active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and are able to waive into or are already barred in a state in which we have an office.

Where required by law, salary ranges are stated below. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays. The range displayed is specifically for positions performed in those cities/states and may vary based on factors including but not limited to the following: market data and ranges; an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year);

and certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.

For all office locations the annual salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
