• Managing corporate affairs for companies in Luxembourg, including drafting board and shareholder minutes.
• Partnering with local in-house lawyers to ensure corporate compliance of subsidiaries and participations.
• Collaborating with finance and legal departments to manage legal aspects of internal restructuring.
• Supporting in complex financing and M&A transactions alongside senior legal staff.
• Designing and improving corporate processes and policies across the Group.
• Organizing and maintaining a database of all corporate records and filings.
• Managing KYC and UBO requests efficiently.
• Overseeing the Group trademarks and patents portfolio.
• Building strong relationships with partners and lawyers across various sectors and jurisdictions.

• Master's degree in corporate business law.
• 7 to 10 years of professional experience in a similar role or law firm.
• In-depth understanding of Luxembourg laws and regulations.
• Fluent in English and French with excellent legal drafting skills.
• Strong analytical skills to assess complex transactions and legal risks.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independent and proactive work ethic with attention to detail.
