• Salary range from $70,000 to $85,000 annually

• Handle high-exposure cases involving serious injuries and complex coverage scenarios
• Develop strategies for case resolution and manage legal inquiries or disputes
  
  Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other parties regarding case progress
• Identify opportunities for settlements and manage subrogation processes
• Participate in mediations, trials, arbitrations, or hearings as necessary

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred;
  Juris Doctorate (JD) preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience handling litigation, including 5 years in claims management
• In-depth knowledge of insurance principles and laws relevant to the line of business
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

• Experience as a subject matter expert on claim and disability duration processes
• Familiarity with legal pleadings and discovery procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills
