Patent Attorney or Agent​/Mechanical Electrical Physics​/Fully Remote MA

Position Overview

IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for a patent attorney associate (partner‑track) or patent agent opportunity within a well‑respected and growing practice. The role is fully remote with locations on the East Coast, West Coast, or Central.

Primary duties include:

• Preparation and prosecution of patents
• Drafting patent opinions and due diligence
• Potential PTAB and litigation support
• Client interaction and relationship management

Patent Attorney

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full‑time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
• Demonstrated ability to produce well‑written patents
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• State bar and USPTO bar

Patent Agent

• Minimum BS engineering or physics
• Must have at least 2 years of full‑time claim drafting and prosecutions experience
  
  Demonstrated ability to produce well‑written patents
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• USPTO bar
