Job Duties- Work fully remote or hybrid; offices throughout NY, NJ, and PA.
- Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ.
- Focus areas:
Auto Bodily Injury Litigation and General Liability. - Draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents.
- Communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel.
- Identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions.
- Take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions.
- Attend in-person and virtual court appearances.
- Recent experience with automotive bodily injury or general liability cases.
