Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Secretary at Fitch Johnson Larson, P.A. The Legal Secretary will be responsible for transcription, scheduling, legal document preparation, communication and organization tasks. This position allows for flexibility with some remote work after training period.
Responsibilities- Provide legal support to clients and assist Senior Associates
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents with precision and clarity
- Scheduling and maintaining calendars for one or more attorneys
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Ensuring confidentiality
- Associates Degree
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and legal software
- Experience in a legal setting is a plus
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Salary $50,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
