Position: Judicial Associate I - Warrants & Bonding Division
The Warrants/Bonding Division for the City and County of Denver's, Denver County Court Marshal’s Office is seeking a Judicial Associate I. This position provides support services to the Court, Law Enforcement, and other outside agencies.

This position is normally a hybrid of on-site and remote working hours but, however, may require full on-site presence depending on operational needs. The on-site work location is the Bonding Office in the Downtown Detention Center located at 490 W Colfax Ave, Denver, CO. The Warrants/Bonding Division also operates the Bonding Office that is located in the Downtown Denver Detention Center performing work related to the release and court status of inmates.

The Warrants/Bonding Division operates 20 hours per day (4:30AM to Midnight), seven days a week; including holidays.

* Experience with customer de-escalation and conflict management
* Experience with electronic filing systems and databases
* Experience with Microsoft Excel
* Experience with detailed work and able to follow multiple step procedures
* Able to review court documents to determine compliance with relevant and appropriate statutes, rules, administrative orders and/or other governing policies and procedures
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Strong critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills
* Flexibility in scheduling and availability in order to maintain shift coverage

* Education Requirement:
Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate.
* Experience Requirement:
Two (2) years of experience in a court, law enforcement or legal setting.
* Education and Experience Equivalency: A combination of appropriate education and experience may be substituted for the education and experience requirements with the exception of the two (2) years of experience in court, law enforcement or legal setting.
