Location: New York
Contract Attorney – Real Estate Practice Group
Our client, a global AmLaw 25 firm, is seeking a contract attorney for the next 3 months (with possible extensions or permanent hire) to assist their renowned NY Real Estate Practice Group.
Remote OK, but the attorney must be barred in the state they would be working from. Full‑time hours preferred, but open to part‑time.
Base Pay Range$125.00/hr – $175.00/hr
Responsibilities- Conduct due diligence
- Draft and revise basic loan documents
- Assist closing attorneys (e.g., title and escrow matters)
