This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated matters involving First-Party Property Insurance, General Liability Defense, and Insurance Coverage Litigation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills and have experience with:

• First-party property claims and insurance coverage
• Defending depositions of experts, fact witnesses, and parties
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and participating in trial preparation
• Handling matters related to liability claims

Qualifications:

• Excellent academic credentials required
• Experience with drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Familiarity with billing practices and reporting guidelines
• Must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
