Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Assistant located in Seattle, WA, with opportunities for remote work. The Legal Assistant will provide support to attorneys and legal teams by preparing legal documents, performing administrative tasks, and managing communication with clients and external parties. Responsibilities include some bookkeeping, organizing and maintaining case files, scheduling meetings, and ensuring the accuracy and timely completion of all legal documentation.

The ideal candidate will contribute to the team's overall efficiency and success by managing multiple tasks and effectively prioritizing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in personal injury law and familiarity with legal procedures and terminology
• Proven expertise in Legal Document Preparation and drafting legal correspondence
• Exceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
• Experience in Administrative Assistance with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in the role of Legal Assistants including case management and supporting legal professionals
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Previous experience in a law firm or legal department is preferred
