Contreras Law Group | Cherry Hill, NJ
Contreras Law Group is a growing immigration law firm with a national reputation in employment-based immigration, particularly in the H-2B program. We represent employers in H-2A and H-2B temporary worker programs, PERM labor certification, and employment-based immigrant petitions, and we are continuing to grow a robust Family-Based Immigration and Naturalization Division, which includes our newly launched Pro-Bono Citizenship Initiative.
We are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. This position is preferably hybrid, with two days per week in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey office, though fully remote arrangements may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates with strong, relevant experience.
Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will manage a diverse immigration caseload spanning H-2A, H-2B, PERM, and family-based immigration matters, working within a highly organized, technology-driven practice. This role requires strong legal analysis, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
The position also offers the opportunity to take on pro bono matters, including asylum and removal defense cases, for attorneys interested in expanding their advocacy experience and contributing to access to justice initiatives supported by the firm.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered representation while working collaboratively within established systems and workflows.
We value attorneys who are interested in professional growth and leadership, including those who seek to take on leadership roles within AILA and who enjoy networking and collaborating with other immigration attorneys at the local and national level.
