Senior Attorney; Business

Job description:

Our boutique law firm seeks an attorney with five to ten (5-10) years of experience to lead our business litigation team.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise a team of two associate attorneys and four support staff.
• Direct involvement in complex business disputes including contracts, real estate, trade secrets, IP, and securities.
• Manage cases from start to finish, including propounding/responding to discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial.

What you bring:

• You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.
• You have 5-10 years of experience as a business litigation attorney, preferably with experience in supervising a team of attorneys and staff.
• You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.
• You’re a natural leader: you’re assertive and confident in what you do and how you do it.

Work Location: In-person at our newly renovated building in Irvine, but with the option to work from home every Wednesday, after your 90-day probationary period ends.
