A leading biotech company in San Francisco seeks a Contracts Counsel to oversee contract drafting and negotiations. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work alongside various business teams to streamline contracting processes and address risk in a dynamic environment. Successful candidates will have a J.D. and at least 4 years of contract negotiation experience, preferably in biotech or life sciences.
The position provides a competitive salary range of $215,000 to $270,000 and an extensive benefits package.
