Position: Employment Litigation Paralegal (Workers Compensation Experience)

The Position

Responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the first point of review for service of process notices submitted through the company website, including reviewing complaints and routing matters to appropriate internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting employment litigation matters, as well as personal injury and workers’ compensation cases.
  • Managing legal holds, including tracking compliance and coordinating with internal teams.
  • Supporting discovery across approximately 40 to 50 active cases, including document collection, organization, and responsiveness.
  • Managing a shared legal inbox and identifying matters requiring action.
  • Maintaining internal case and matter tracking within the company’s legal systems.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of law firm and in-house litigation paralegal experience, is highly organized and self-motivated, and is comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a high-volume environment.

Experience with
Exterro and Legal Tracker are a strong plus.

This role starts ASAP, 25-40 hours per week, for an estimated 2 month duration or until a full-time resource is identified. This role can be fully remote but candidate must be located in Pacific or Mountain time
.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $47 and $57. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
