Our client is a paperless law office utilizing modern technologies in streamlining their business and the actual practice of law, such as being cloud-based with a complete practice management system, 24/7 access by clients to their files, multiple monitors for workstations, and remote work capability. They are currently looking to hire Entry-Level Attorney and join them in their Elizabeth City, NC office.

The ideal candidate will manage litigation cases and resolve legal disputes on behalf of clients by developing agreements, negotiating contacts, setting claims, and advocating for clients in court. This individual will build client relationships and provide an excellent customer experience for clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients and assist attorneys
• Maintain client relationships
• Prepare legal reports and documents

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Civil Litigation and Family Law
• License to practice law
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
