Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join a growing legal team in a fully remote capacity, with required travel for court appearances and onsite meetings throughout Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience handling high-volume caseloads in creditors' rights, bankruptcy, collections, or civil litigation.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Ability to travel to courts across PA for hearings, appearances, and required meetings

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal and regulatory risk
• Effective negotiation skills with opposing counsel
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Outstanding time management, organization, and prioritization abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensed in additional states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH, or UBE passage
• Prior experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Creditors' Rights Law
  • Bankruptcy
  • Collection Law
  • Civil Litigation

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bankruptcy, collection, or civil litigation

Education Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
