- Be a lawyer in the state of California State Bar in good standing (required)
- Minimum 2-5 years of defense experience required

- Confident, articulate and persuasive in speech and writing
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Able to work using case management software in a paperless environment
