Job Details

Qualifications:

• 7+ years minimum of experience
• Family law litigation and in-depth knowledge of at least 1-2 local counties' rules
• Experience with sophisticated, high asset cases and litigation
• Assisting attorneys in drafting pleadings, declarations, disclosures, interrogatories, discovery requests, motions, proposed orders, stipulations, under attorney supervision
• Proficiency in Microsoft, Excel and Adobe
