About the role

We are looking for patent attorneys or agents who are able to make an immediate and significant contribution to a new and growing 5G standards practice. The position requires registration with the USPTO and a minimum of 2 years of full-time experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications, in the role of outside counsel, directed to 4G, 5G, and 6G technical submissions to the 3

GPP Communication Standards Organization. Also required is experience preparing claim charts that map claims to the 3

GPP Communication Standards.

Compensation will match qualifications.

Our main office is located in Los Angeles, and we have an office in Northern Virginia. Proximity to one of our offices is preferred, but not required, as we are looking to grow a team in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. areas in particular; so, if you are interested in contributing to and participating in the development of that team, this could be a great opportunity!

Despite the above, this is a remote position.

The pay range for this role is:

100, USD per year (Hybrid (Vienna, Virginia, US))
